Working Adults prices vary between USD$90 to USD$150 depending on the type of program you are looking for. The more detailed and prolonged the program the costlier it gets. But it doesn't go beyond USD$150 and this is based on a 6 month program.
I will be your consultant who will forward you videos of different training and exercises so you would not get lost in the midst of your workout. I will also refer you literature on different nutrition and health factor should you require additional knowledge and information.
In my Support Service, I will be your Coach and Adviser via Online medium such as email, messenger or Live Support. The duration is 1 hour a day and it's also known as Online Personal Training in Layman's terms. I will do my best to answer your questions and queries based on your fitness goals and health related issues.
The more intricate health problems would be referred to a doctor who would be your best bet on medical issues.
